Tracking an Order
Last Updated: 17 March 2026A guide to monitoring the progress of your link building orders inside the LinkPanda App and via a shareable public tracking link. Every order placed through LinkPanda has a dedicated tracking view that shows the full delivery progress, link status, and placement details. You can access this from two places inside the app, and each order also has a unique public tracking link you can share with clients or colleagues. Where to Access Order Tracking The Track Order button is available in two places within the app: From My Orders Open My Orders from the left sidebar. Each delivered order card has a Track Order button on the right side of the card. Clicking it opens the full Order Tracking page for that order in the app. From the LinkCard Open your LinkCard and click any Order No. in the table. This opens the Order Details side panel. At the top of the side panel there is an orange Track Order button. Clicking it opens the Order Tracking page for that specific order, showing the same full progress and link details view. What the Order Tracking Page Shows The Order Tracking page is divided into two sections: the order progress summary at the top, and the Order Links table below. Order Progress Summary The top section shows the key details for the order at a glance: Order Number: The unique reference for the order, for example Order #004655. Order Status: The overall status of the order, shown as a colour-coded badge. A green Delivered badge confirms the order is complete. Link Status: A summary of how many links within the order are live, for example 1/1 Links Live. Order Date: The date the order was placed. Delivered Date: The date the order was completed and the link confirmed live. To the right of these details, a Progress indicator shows the three delivery stages with timestamps: Order Placed — confirmed with date Processing — confirmed with date once work has started Delivered — confirmed with date once the link is live A green progress bar beneath the stage indicators fills to show overall completion. When all stages are complete the bar reaches 100% and the LinkPanda panda mascot appears at the right end of the bar. Order Links Table Below the progress summary, the Order Links table lists every individual link within the order. Each row shows: Status: Whether the individual link is Live or Processing. Domain: The referring domain where the link has been placed, shown with its favicon. Type: The placement type, for example Link Insertion, Guest Post, or Brand Mention. Follow: Whether the link is Follow (dofollow) or No-Follow. Target URL: The page on your website the link points to. Live URL: The direct URL on the referring domain where the link is live. Clicking this opens the live placement page. The Order Details Side Panel In addition to the Order Tracking page, clicking any Order No. in the LinkCard opens an Order Details side panel. This panel provides a more detailed view of the individual link within that order row, including: Product Summary: The referring domain, product name, and Live or Processing status. Delivery Status: A visual progress bar showing Order Placed, In Progress, and Delivered stages with dates. The Delivered stage is highlighted in blue text when complete. Order Information: Full placement details including Order ID, Order Date, Link Type, Follow Type, Your Domain, Referring Domain, Anchor Text, Live URL, and Target URL. Order History: A timestamped event log for the order, with all times shown in GMT. The orange Track Order button at the top of the side panel opens the full public Order Tracking page for that order. Need Help? If you have questions about the status of an order or need an update, your account manager is your first point of contact. Their email is shown at the top of your LinkCard. Order Requests: New vs. Individual Sites
Last Updated: 17 March 2026Understanding the difference between a New Site Request and an Individual Site Request, and how to track both on the Order Requests page. When you submit an order through the Order Now form, it is logged on the My Order Requests page. Every request falls into one of two categories depending on whether you specified an exact referring domain or asked the LinkPanda team to source one on your behalf. Accessing the Order Requests Page Click Order Requests in the left sidebar to open the My Order Requests page. From here you can track all submitted requests and their current processing status. The page also has an Order Again button in the top right to quickly submit a new request at any time. The Two Request Types New Site Request A New Site Request is submitted when you do not have a specific referring domain in mind and would like the LinkPanda team to source a suitable site on your behalf. When placing the order, you select No or use the New Site Request option, then specify your placement type (Link Insertion, Guest Post, Listicle, or Brand Mention), the number of placements required, and optionally a Domain Rating preference (40-50, 51-70, 71+, or No preference). The LinkPanda team will identify a suitable referring domain from their inventory that matches your requirements and reply to your account email with options to confirm before processing begins. On the Order Requests page, New Site Requests appear with New Site Request as the domain name and a placement type badge of Various when the request covers multiple types, or the specific type selected. Individual Site Request An Individual Site Request is submitted when you have a specific referring domain in mind and enter it directly into the Site Request card in the order form. The domain name, placement type, and any placement details you provided (anchor text, target URL, live link) are all captured in the request. On the Order Requests page, individual site requests are listed by the referring domain name (for example writerbuddy.ai Link Insertion) with the exact placement type badge shown. The LinkPanda team will get back in touch after the order request submission and confirm availability and pricing for the specified site before processing the order. You can still start the new order form button for an individual site request as well, simply typing your referring domain of choice, or choosing from sites on offer. Bulk Order Requests If you submit an order containing multiple placements at once, for example by using Add to Order across several sites in the Buy Again tab before clicking Order Now, this appears on the Order Requests page as a Bulk Order Request. The quantity column shows the total number of placements included, and the placement type badge displays Various if the request spans more than one type. You can place a bulk order by selecting multiple previously purchased products from the My Orders page under the Buy Again tab, or through the new order form. Simply choose a quantity greater than 1 using the dropdown to specify the number of required sites. Request Statuses Each request on the Order Requests page displays a status badge. There are two statuses: Pending The request has been submitted and is awaiting review by the LinkPanda team. No action is needed from you at this stage. Once the team has reviewed and confirmed the request, it moves to Accepted. Accepted The request has been reviewed and accepted by the LinkPanda team. The order is now being processed and will appear in your My Orders page as work progresses. The team will be in touch via your account email to confirm any details needed to move forward. What the Order Requests Table Shows The Accepted and All tabs on the Order Requests page display requests in a table with the following columns: Product: The name of the request, for example the domain and placement type (writerbuddy.ai Link Insertion), or New Site Request for open-ended requests. Qty: The number of placements included in the request. Domain: The referring domain specified, or New Site Request if no domain was provided. Placement Type: The type of link building product requested, shown as a colour-coded badge. Displays Various for mixed or open-ended requests. Status: The current status of the request, either Pending or Accepted. Submitted: The date and time the request was submitted, shown in your local timezone. You can search across all your requests by product name or domain using the search bar at the top of the page. Tip: If you are not sure which referring domains to target, use a New Site Request and specify your DR preference. The LinkPanda team will source suitable options from their vetted inventory and present them to you before proceeding. Need Help? If you have questions about a specific order request or its status, your account manager is your first point of contact. Their email is shown at the top of your LinkCard. How To Find Backlink Opportunities with the AI Placement Finder
Last Updated: 27 March 2026A complete guide to finding, reviewing, editing, and adding link placement options using the AI Placement Finder as part of the new order form and as a stand-alone tool inside LinkPanda App. The AI Placement Finder is a built-in tool that helps you identify relevant URLs on referring domains where your backlink can be naturally inserted. Rather than manually searching for suitable pages, the AI analyses your requirements and returns a list of placement options, complete with a before-and-after preview of exactly how your link would appear in the existing content. How to Access the AI Placement Finder The AI Placement Finder can be accessed in two ways: From the Placement Finder item in the left sidebar, which opens it as a standalone tool. From within the Order Now form by clicking Find with AI on any Site Request card. This opens the AI Placement Finder in a panel alongside the order form so you can find and add placements without leaving the order flow. Tutorial Video Here is a tutorial video on how to use the AI Backlink Placement Finder for finding backlink opportunities: Step 1: Enter Your Requirements The AI Placement Finder requires three inputs before it can run a search: Domain Enter the referring domain you want the AI to analyse for placement opportunities, for example linkpanda.com. This tells the tool which site to scan for pages where your link could be naturally inserted. Desired Anchor Keywords Enter one or more keywords that should match or relate to the anchor text of your backlink. At least one keyword is required, and three or more are recommended for more relevant results. You can add multiple keywords by typing each one and pressing the add button. The AI uses these keywords to find pages on the referring domain where your anchor would fit contextually. Target URL Enter the specific page on your website that the backlink should point to. The AI uses this URL to understand the topic of your target page and match it against relevant content on the referring domain. Once all three fields are filled in, click Find Placements Now to start the search. Step 2: The AI Check Runs After clicking Find Placements Now, the AI Placement Finder begins its analysis. A progress indicator is shown with a real-time status message and an estimated time remaining, typically around 60 seconds. During this time the tool is scanning the referring domain for suitable URLs and checking each one for contextual relevance against your anchor keywords and target URL. The status message confirms the tool is Checking suitable URLs and placements while the progress bar advances to completion. Step 3: Review the Placement Options When the analysis is complete, the tool displays a Placement Options Found screen showing up to 10 candidate URLs from the referring domain. These are numbered and displayed as clickable cards. Each option represents a specific page on the referring domain where the AI has identified a suitable location for your backlink. A colour key at the top of the results explains two indicators used across the options: Yellow highlight indicates text that represents your added link or anchor within the content. Green indicates that the content on that page has been changed as part of the placement suggestion. Clicking any numbered option from the list opens the full detail view for that placement, showing: The full URL of the page on the referring domain where the link would be placed. Before panel: The original paragraph of existing content on that page, exactly as it currently appears. After panel: The same paragraph with your anchor link highlighted in yellow, showing how the content would read with your link inserted. If no content changes are required, the After panel will display a No Content Changes badge. Step 4: Edit the Placement (Optional) If you want to adjust how the link is inserted into the content, click the edit icon on the placement option to open the Content Changes Preview and Edit panel. This full-screen editor shows: The live URL of the placement page at the top, with a Link Added confirmation badge once your link has been placed in the editor. Before panel: The original content of the paragraph, unchanged. After panel: A live preview of the content with your anchor highlighted in yellow, reflecting any edits made. Edit Content panel: A rich text editor on the right-hand side where you can make changes to the content surrounding or including your anchor text. The editor supports bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, ordered and unordered lists, hyperlinks, and text formatting. Changes made here update the After preview in real time. Comments / Notes field: An optional free-text area at the bottom of the edit panel where you can add any specific instructions or notes about this placement for the LinkPanda team. Click Reset at any time to revert the content back to the original AI suggestion. Click Save to confirm your edits and return to the placement options list. Note: Edits made in this panel are suggestions and instructions for the LinkPanda team. The team reviews all placements before they go live and will handle the actual content editing on the referring domain. Step 5: Add the Placement to Your Order Once you have reviewed and optionally edited a placement option, select it to add it to your order. The selected placement will be carried back into the Site Request card on the main Order Now form, with the referring domain URL, anchor text, and target URL pre-filled based on your selection. You can add multiple placements to a single order by selecting more than one option from the Placement Options Found results. Each selected placement will appear as a separate Site Request card in the order form. This allows you to submit several link placements across multiple pages of the same referring domain in one order submission. Tip: Use three or more anchor keywords when running the AI Placement Finder for broader and more relevant results. The more specific your keywords are to your target page topic, the better the contextual match of the placement options returned. Step 6: Submit Your Order Once you...
Placing a New Order
Last Updated: 17 March 2026A step-by-step guide to submitting a new link building order through the LinkPanda App, including all placement types and site selection options. You can place a new link building order directly from the My Orders page or the Buy Again tab. Once submitted, your order request is sent to the LinkPanda team who will review it, confirm pricing, and begin processing. How to Start an Order There are two ways to open the order form: Click the Order Again button at the top right of the My Orders page to open a blank New Site Request form. Click Order Now next to any existing placement in the Buy Again tab to open the form pre-filled with that site and placement type. Both options open the Order Now modal. After submission, the LinkPanda team will reply to your account email with placement options or confirmation to finalise and deliver your order. Step 1: Choose Your Placement Type At the top of the order form, select the type of placement you need. There are four options: Link Insertion: A backlink inserted into existing content on a relevant referring domain. Guest Post: A newly written article published on a referring domain with a backlink included. Listicle: A placement within a list-style article on a referring domain. Brand Mention: A branded text mention of your company on a referring domain, with or without a hyperlink. The fields shown in the Site Request section below will change depending on which placement type you select. Step 2: Set the Number of Placements Use the Number of placements required dropdown to select how many links you want from this order. This is useful when you want to request multiple placements of the same type in a single order submission. Step 3: Choose Your Preferred Site(s) The form asks whether you know which site(s) you want the link placed on. There are three options: Yes — I know my preferred site Select Yes to enter a specific referring domain you want your link placed on. A Site Request card will appear where you enter the site URL. Depending on the placement type, additional fields will appear: Link Insertion and Listicle: Live Link, Anchor, Target URL, and an optional Comments field. Guest Post: Guest post topic, a Post Ready toggle (Yes or No), a Content Ready toggle with options to Upload file or Provide link, and an optional Comments field. Brand Mention: Live Link, Brand Name, Your Domain, and an optional Comments field. Each Site Request card also has a Placement toggle with two states: Decide Later (if you are not yet sure of the exact placement details) or Yes / Ready (if you have the full placement details ready to submit now). You can also click Find with AI to open the AI Placement Finder and discover suitable referring domains automatically. No — I do not have a preferred site Select No if you would like the LinkPanda team to source a suitable referring domain on your behalf. The team will reply to your account email with placement options based on your requirements, including your selected placement type, DR preference, and number of placements. Choose from Offers Select Choose from Offers to browse a curated list of available referring domains that LinkPanda has ready for placement. These are pre-approved sites you can select directly from the list. This is the fastest route to placing an order as the sites are already vetted and available. Step 4: Set Your Domain Rating Preference When placing a New Site Request (where no specific site has been chosen), you can specify a Domain Rating (DR) requirement for the referring domain. The available ranges are: 40 to 50 51 to 70 71+ No preference This helps the LinkPanda team source a referring domain that matches your campaign requirements. Using the AI Placement Finder When filling in a Site Request, you can click Find with AI to open the AI Placement Finder panel alongside the order form. This tool helps you discover relevant referring domains for your link placement by entering: Domain: The domain you are building links for (for example linkpanda.com). Desired Anchor Keywords: One or more keywords you want the anchor text to reflect. At least one keyword is required, and three or more are recommended for better results. Target URL: The specific page on your website that the link should point to. Click Find Placements Now to run the search. The AI Placement Finder will return a list of relevant websites that are suitable for your placement. You can also access the AI Placement Finder directly from the Placement Finder item in the left sidebar. Step 5: Submit Your Order Once you have filled in all the required fields, click the Submit Order button at the bottom of the form. After submission, the LinkPanda team will review your request and reply to your account email to finalise and deliver your order. Note: Submitting an order request is not the same as placing a confirmed order with payment. The LinkPanda team will review your request and confirm details with you before processing begins. Tracking Your Order Request After submitting, your order request appears on the My Order Requests page, accessible from Order Requests in the left sidebar. The page is organised into three tabs: Pending Requests that have been submitted but not yet reviewed or accepted by the LinkPanda team. Once the team has confirmed the order, it moves out of Pending. Accepted Requests that have been reviewed and accepted by the team. Each accepted request shows the product name, quantity, domain, placement type badge, status, and the date and time it was submitted. Accepted orders are then processed and will appear in your My Orders page as the work progresses. All A combined view of all order requests regardless of status, showing both Pending and Accepted requests together. You can search across your order requests by product name or domain using the search bar at the top of the Order Requests page. Click Order Again at any time to submit a new order request. Tip: If you want to place multiple repeat orders quickly, use the Add to Order button on several placements in the Buy Again tab to batch them together before clicking Order Now, rather than submitting each one separately. My Orders Overview
Last Updated: 17 March 2026A complete guide to viewing, tracking, and managing your link building orders in the LinkPanda App. The My Orders page gives you a complete history of every link building order you have placed through LinkPanda. To access it, click My Orders in the left sidebar. From here you can view order details, track delivery progress, download invoices, leave reviews, and re-order previously placed links. Page Layout The My Orders page is made up of two main areas: a search bar at the top right for finding specific orders, and a tabbed order list below that organises your orders by status. A pagination control at the top right of the list shows which page you are on and how many orders exist in total, for example Page 1 of 5 showing 1 to 25 out of 116 orders. Order Tabs Your orders are organised into four tabs across the top of the order list. Clicking a tab filters the list to show only orders matching that status. All Orders The default view. Shows every order you have ever placed, regardless of status, in reverse chronological order with the most recent orders at the top. In Processing Shows only orders that are currently being worked on by the LinkPanda team. Links within these orders have not yet been confirmed live. Use this tab to keep an eye on active campaigns and upcoming deliveries. Delivered Shows orders that have been completed and delivered. All links within a delivered order are confirmed live on their respective referring domains. Buy Again A curated list of websites and placements from your previous orders, making it easy to re-order from sites you have already used. Each entry shows the referring domain, link type badge, and two options: Add to Order to include it in a batch order, or Order Now to place an immediate single order for that placement. There is also a New Site Request option at the top of the Buy Again tab, which lets you request a placement on a website that is not already in your history. Reading an Order Card Each order in the list is displayed as a card. The card header shows four key pieces of information at a glance: Order Placed: The date the order was submitted, shown in DD/MM/YYYY format. Total: The total amount paid for the order. Delivered Date: The date the order was delivered, once completed. Order Number: The unique order reference, shown in the top right of the card header (for example Order # 004655) Below the header, the card shows the order status badge and delivery confirmation, followed by a list of individual link placements within that order. Each placement shows the referring domain name, the product type (for example Alore Link Insertion), the target domain, and a Live or Processing status badge. Order Status Each order card displays a status badge reflecting where the order currently stands. There are two order-level statuses: Processing The order has been received and the LinkPanda team is actively working on the placements. Links within the order may be at various stages of completion. Live The order has been completed. All links within the order have been placed and confirmed live. The card will show the delivery date alongside the Delivered badge. Order status vs link status: Order status reflects the state of the entire order. An individual link within an order has its own separate link status (Processing or Live), visible in your LinkCard. An order only reaches Delivered once all links within it have been placed. Actions Available on Each Order Each delivered order card provides three action buttons: View Invoice Opens the invoice for that order. You can view, save, or download the invoice for your records or accounting purposes. Leave Review Allows you to leave a review for the order once it has been delivered. LinkPanda values client feedback and uses it to maintain the quality of its services. Track Order Opens a dedicated order tracking page for that specific order. The tracking page shows the full delivery progress bar, order status, link details including status, type, follow type, target URL, and live URL. This page can also be shared with clients or colleagues who need visibility over an order without needing to log in to the app. Within each placement listed on the order card, there are also two further options: Buy it again: Quickly re-order the same placement from the same referring domain. View Link Details: Opens the Link Details side panel for that specific placement, showing the full product summary, delivery status progress bar with timestamps, order information (Order ID, Link Type, Follow Type, Referring Domain, Anchor Text, Live URL, Target URL), and a timestamped Order History log. Times in the Order History are shown in your local timezone. Link Details Side Panel Clicking View Link Details on any placement opens a side panel with the complete record for that individual link. The panel is divided into four sections: Product Summary: The referring domain, product name, and a Live or Processing status badge. Delivery Status: A visual progress bar showing the three stages of the order: Order Placed, In Progress, and Delivered, each with a date stamp. Order Information: Full details of the link including Order ID, Order Date, Link Type, Follow Type, Referring Domain, Anchor Text, Live URL, and Target URL. Order History: A timestamped event log showing exactly when each stage was reached, with times displayed in your local timezone. Searching Your Orders A search bar at the top right of the My Orders page allows you to search across all your orders. Use it to find a specific order by referring domain, order number, or product name without needing to scroll through the full list. Tip: Use the Buy Again tab combined with Add to Order to batch together multiple repeat placements into a single order request, rather than placing them one by one. If you have questions about a specific order or need to discuss delivery, your account manager is your first point of contact. Their email is shown at the top of your LinkCard.
