Filtering, Searching and Sorting Your Links

Last Updated: 3 March 2026

A complete guide to sorting, filtering, and resizing columns in your LinkCard to find exactly what you need across your backlink portfolio. As your backlink portfolio grows, the ability to sort and filter your LinkCard becomes essential. Every column in the LinkCard supports sorting, and many columns offer detailed filter controls so you can zero in on exactly the links you need. How Sorting Works Clicking any column header that supports sorting will sort the entire LinkCard table by that column. Clicking the same header again reverses the sort order. Sortable columns display a small arrow indicator when active. Most columns support alphabetical sorting (A to Z or Z to A), while date-based columns sort chronologically. How Filtering Works Columns that support filtering show a downward arrow or filter icon in the column header. Clicking this opens a filter panel for that column. Depending on the column type, filters are either value-based (where you select from a list of available options) or condition-based (where you define a text or date rule). Some columns offer both. Filters can be combined across multiple columns at the same time, allowing you to build precise views of your link portfolio, for example showing only Guest Posts that are Live for a specific target domain within a given date range. Column-by-Column Reference Below is a full breakdown of the sorting and filtering options available for each column in the LinkCard. Order No. Sortable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Clicking the order number itself opens the order details side panel rather than triggering a sort. Use the column header to sort. While a link is processing, the Delivery / ETA column in your LinkCard will show the estimated delivery date in the format ETA: YYYY/M/DD. This gives you an indication of when the link is expected to go live. You do not need to take any action while a link is in Processing status. The LinkPanda team manages the entire placement process and will update the status automatically once the link is confirmed live. Order Date Sortable  Filterable Sortable chronologically. The date filter offers four conditions: Date is — show links from an exact date Date is before — show links placed before a specified date Date is after — show links placed after a specified date Date is between — show links placed within a specific date range This is the recommended column to use when filtering by time period, as the Delivery / ETA column does not support filtering. Month/Year Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. The filter allows you to select one or more specific months from a list of available months, for example 01/2026, 12/2025, 11/2025. This is useful for reviewing all links placed during a particular campaign month without needing to enter a manual date range. Your Domain Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. The filter lets you select one or multiple target domains from a dropdown list, so you can focus the view on links pointing to specific websites. This is an alternative to using the By Domain tab toggle if you want to view links for several domains simultaneously. Icon Displays the favicon of the referring domain for quick visual identification. This column does not support sorting or filtering. Referring Domain Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Offers both value-based and condition-based filtering. The condition filter includes: Text contains Text does not contain Text starts with Text ends with Text is exactly Is empty / Is not empty Use this column to search for links placed on a specific referring domain, or to exclude a domain from your view. Type Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Filter by one or more link types from the available values: Brand Mention Guest Post Link Insertion Listicle Citation Also supports condition-based filtering with Is empty and Is not empty options. Useful for reviewing the composition of your link portfolio by type or comparing the volume of each placement type across campaigns. Links (Link Status) Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Filter by link status value: Live or Processing. Also supports Is empty and Is not empty conditions. Use this filter to view only links that are currently live, or to identify all links that are still being processed. Remember that link status refers to an individual backlink, which is separate from the overall order status. An order can contain multiple links, each with its own status. Delivery/ ETA Date This column cannot be sorted or filtered directly. It shows the estimated delivery date (ETA: YYYY/M/DD) for links still being processed, and the actual delivery date (DD: YYYY/M/DD) for links that are live. To filter by date, use the Order Date column instead. Live Link Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Supports the full range of text-based filter conditions: Text contains Text does not contain Text starts with Text ends with Text is exactly Is empty / Is not empty Useful for finding a specific placement page, or for identifying any link rows where a live URL has not yet been populated. Anchor Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Supports all text-based filter conditions: Text contains, Text does not contain, Text starts with, Text ends with, Text is exactly, Is empty, and Is not empty. Use this to audit which anchor texts are being used across your campaign, or to find links using a specific anchor. Target URL Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Supports all text-based filter conditions: Text contains, Text does not contain, Text starts with, Text ends with, Text is exactly, Is empty, and Is not empty. Use this to view all links pointing to a specific page on your website, such as a particular landing page or blog post. Follow-Type Sortable  Filterable Sortable A to Z or Z to A. Filter by value: Follow, Nofollow, or both. Also supports Is empty and Is not empty conditions....

Link Statuses Explained

Last Updated: 3 March 2026

A guide to understanding the two link statuses in your LinkCard and how they differ from order-level statuses. Every backlink in your LinkCard has a status that tells you whether it is currently live on the referring domain or still being processed. There are two link statuses in the LinkPanda App: Processing and Live. The Two Link Statuses Processing A link with a Processing status means the order has been received and the LinkPanda team is actively working on securing and placing the backlink. The link is not yet live on the referring domain. Live A link with a Live status means the backlink has been placed and is confirmed live on the referring domain. This is the completed state for any backlink in your portfolio. Once a link is live, the Delivery / ETA column will update to show the actual delivery date in the format DD: YYYY/M/DD. The Live Link column will display the direct URL to the page where your backlink appears, which you can click to verify the placement in context. All links built by LinkPanda are intended to be permanent placements on the referring domain. Link Status vs Order Status It is important to understand the difference between a link status and an order status, as these are two separate things within the LinkPanda App. Link Status Link status applies to an individual backlink and is what you see in the Links column of your LinkCard. It reflects whether that specific link is Processing or Live on its referring domain. A single order can contain multiple links, each with its own independent link status. Order Status Order status applies to an entire order and is what you see when you click an Order No. to open the order details side panel. An order progresses through three stages: Order Placed: The order has been received and payment confirmed. In Progress / Processing: The order is being worked on by the LinkPanda team. Delivered: The order has been completed and all links within it have been placed. Example: An order with Order No. 004599 may contain five individual backlinks. Each of those links has its own link status in the LinkCard. Some may already be Live while others are still Processing, depending on when each placement was completed. The order itself will only reach Delivered status once all links within it have been placed. Where to See Link Statuses Link statuses are visible in two places within the app: LinkCard (List View): The Links column shows a colour-coded badge for each backlink row, either Processing or Live. LinkCard (Widget View): Each expanded widget card shows the link type and follow type badges alongside the current link status. Note: You do not need to manually refresh your LinkCard to see status updates. The LinkPanda team updates link statuses directly as placements are confirmed. Your LinkCard reflects the current state of your portfolio at all times. If you have a question about the status of a specific link or order, your account manager is your first point of contact. Their email address is shown at the top of your LinkCard. General support: info@linkpanda.com Contact: linkpanda.com/contact

Understanding Your LinkCard

Last Updated: 3 March 2026

A complete guide to reading, navigating, and using your LinkCard to monitor your backlink portfolio in the LinkPanda App. The LinkCard is your main link management view inside the LinkPanda App. It gives you a live, real-time record of every backlink that has been built and is being tracked on your behalf, across all your campaigns and target domains. Accessing Your LinkCard To open your LinkCard, click LinkCard in the left sidebar. This opens your Full LinkCard by default, which shows all tracked backlinks across every domain in a single consolidated view. At the top of the LinkCard you will see your account details displayed: your brand name, primary email address, and the email address of your dedicated LinkPanda account manager. Your account manager is your primary contact at LinkPanda and is responsible for managing your campaigns and link placements. LinkCard Views The LinkCard offers several view options, accessible via the toggle controls in the top right corner of the LinkCard header. Your selected view is saved to your account and will persist on your next login. List View List View is the default display mode. It presents your backlinks in a structured table, with each row representing a single backlink. This view is best for reviewing large volumes of links, sorting by column, and scanning delivery statuses across your portfolio at a glance. Widget View Widget View displays each backlink as an expanded card rather than a table row. Each widget shows the referring domain, link type badge, follow type badge, live link, anchor text, and target URL laid out more visually. This view is useful when you want to review individual links in more detail without opening the order side panel. You can expand any widget row by clicking the arrow on the left to reveal the full order date, month/year, and all link details in a structured card layout. By Domain Toggling By Domain switches the LinkCard from a flat list into a tabbed view organised by your target domains. When enabled, a row of domain tabs appears at the top of the LinkCard, showing each domain you are building links for, for example linkpanda.com, leadgenapp.io, linkpanda.co, and so on. We call these Sub LinkCards. There is also a Full LinkCard tab that returns you to the combined view of all domains. Clicking any domain tab filters the table to show only the backlinks pointing to that specific domain. This makes it straightforward to review campaign performance for one website at a time, without needing to scroll through links for unrelated domains. A Select more domains dropdown allows you to access additional domains beyond those shown in the visible tab bar. Note: The By Domain toggle setting is saved to your account. If you enable it before logging out, it will still be active when you log back in. Bookmarks Bar The Bookmarks Bar toggle in the top right controls whether a quick-access bookmarks bar is shown across the top of the app. You can enable or disable it based on your preference. Understanding the LinkCard Columns Each row in the LinkCard table represents a single backlink. Here is a full explanation of every column: Order No. The unique identifier for the order this backlink belongs to. Clicking the order number opens a side panel showing full order details, delivery progress, timestamps, and an invoice link. A single order can contain multiple link rows, as one order may cover several placements. Order Date The date the order was placed, displayed in YYYY/M/DD format. Month / Year The month and year in which the order was placed, shown as MM/YYYY. This makes it easy to group and review links from a specific campaign period. Your Domain The target domain you are building links for, for example linkpanda.com or leadgenapp.io. This reflects which of your websites the backlink is pointing to. Icon The favicon of the referring domain, displayed as a small icon to help you visually identify the website at a glance. Referring Domain The website where your backlink has been placed. This is the external site linking back to your domain. Type The link building product used for this placement. Types include Link Insertion, Guest Post, Brand Mention, Listicle, and Citation. Links (Link Status) Shows the current status of the link. A green Live badge means the link is confirmed live on the referring domain. A Processing badge means the order is still being worked on and the link is not yet live. Please note link status is different from order status, as an order can included several links. Delivery / ETA For orders not yet delivered, this shows the estimated delivery date in the format ETA: YYYY/M/DD. For orders that have been delivered, it shows the actual delivery date in the format DD: YYYY/M/DD. Live Link The direct URL on the referring domain where your backlink is live. Clicking this takes you straight to the page containing your link so you can verify it in context. Anchor The anchor text used for the backlink on the referring domain. This is the clickable text that links back to your target URL. Target URL The specific page on your website that the backlink points to. This could be your homepage, a product page, a blog post, or any other URL you have specified for the campaign. Opening Order Details Clicking any Order No. in the table opens a side panel showing the full details of that order. A single order number can contain multiple backlink rows if the order covered several placements at once. What the Order Details Panel Shows The order details side panel is divided into several sections: Product Summary shows the referring domain for this order and a Live or Processing status badge confirming whether the link is currently live. Delivery Status shows a visual progress bar tracking the order through its three stages, with timestamps recorded in GMT for each stage: Order Placed (Blue dot): The order has been received and payment has been confirmed. In Progress / Processing (Amber dot): The order is being processed and the link is being arranged....
