Your account manager is your primary point of contact for everything related to your link building activity. Finding Your Account Manager’s Email Your account manager’s email address is shown at the top of your LinkCard, directly below the LinkCard heading alongside your brand name. This is the fastest way to identify who to contact and is visible every time you open the LinkCard. Simply send an email to that address for anything related to your account, including new order requests, questions about existing orders, placement suggestions, campaign strategy, or any other queries. What to Contact Your Account Manager About Orders and requests Questions about a specific order, chasing an update on a placement in progress, submitting a new site request outside the standard order form, or discussing placement details before submitting an order. Campaign strategy and recommendations Your account manager reviews your order history and VIP tier when proposing services and placements. Reach out to discuss your link building goals, get recommendations on which DR tier or placement type suits your campaign, or ask for guidance on volume pricing as you scale. Service enquiries Following up on an enquiry submitted via the Services page, discussing retainer plan options, or requesting a custom quote outside the standard packages.
