How to Move Up a VIP Tier

How tier progression works, what drives your order count, and practical ways to advance through the LinkPandaVIP programme. Your VIP tier is determined by the number of link orders placed within the last 365 days. There are no applications or sign-up fees involved. Progression is fully automatic: as your order count reaches each threshold, your tier updates immediately and you gain access to that tier’s discount benefits. The Tier Thresholds Each tier requires a cumulative number of link orders placed within the rolling 365-day window. Here is a recap of the thresholds: Remember the rolling window: Only orders placed within the last 365 days count toward your tier. Orders older than 365 days drop off automatically. To maintain your current tier, keep your active order count above that tier’s threshold. What Counts as an Order Every link building order you place through the app contributes to your order count, regardless of the placement type. This includes Link Insertions, Guest Posts, Brand Mentions, Listicles, and Citations, whether placed as individual orders or as part of a batch submission. Each order number (for example Order #004655) counts as one order, even if that order contains multiple link rows within it. How to Check Your Progress Click LinkPandaVIP in the left sidebar at any time to see your current status. The VIP page shows your total link orders in the last 365 days, your current tier, and a progress bar across all five milestones. The bar makes it easy to see exactly how many orders stand between you and the next tier. Practical Ways to Move Up Faster Place batch orders rather than single links When you have multiple placements in mind, submit them together using the Add to Order button across several sites in the Buy Again tab before clicking Order Now. This batches them into a single order submission. You can also use the Number of placements required field in the Order Now form to request multiple links at once. Each submitted order number contributes to your total count. Use the Buy Again tab for quick repeat orders The Buy Again tab in My Orders lists all the referring domains you have previously ordered from, with Order Now and Add to Order buttons ready for each. Returning to sites that performed well is a fast way to place orders without needing to go through the full new site request process. Use Services packages for volume orders The Services page offers packages of 5x, 7x, and 10x links in a single order. Enquiring about a package is an efficient way to increase your order volume in one go, while also benefiting from the consistent quality and structure of a packaged service. As you approach the next tier threshold, ask your account manager whether a package submission would help you reach it. Maintain activity throughout the year Because the VIP programme uses a rolling 365-day window, consistent ordering across the year is more effective than placing a large volume of orders at once and then going quiet. Spreading your orders out ensures your count stays healthy and reduces the risk of older orders dropping off faster than new ones come in. When Does Your Tier Update? Tier upgrades are automatic. As soon as your order count within the last 365 days reaches the next threshold, your account tier updates and you immediately gain access to that tier’s discount on orders of 4 or more links. There is no manual process or waiting period. In the same way, if your active order count drops below a tier’s threshold due to orders falling outside the 365-day window, your tier will adjust downward accordingly. The VIP page always reflects your current live status. Tip: Your account manager is aware of your order history and VIP tier. The LinkPandaVIP programme rewards you based on the number of link orders you place. As you reach each milestone, you unlock exclusive discounts that apply to future bulk orders. The more you order, the more you save. How to Access Your VIP Status Click LinkPandaVIP in the left sidebar to open your VIP dashboard. The page shows your current tier, your first name and VIP badge, the total number of link orders placed in the last 365 days, and a progress bar showing exactly how far you are towards the next tier milestone. The Five VIP Tiers There are five tiers in the LinkPandaVIP programme. Each tier is reached by accumulating a set number of link orders placed within the last 365 days. VIP discounts apply to orders that include 4 or more links. Starter 1 Order Welcome to LinkPanda. Begin your journey with full access to the standard inventory and account management.   Bronze 20 Orders First milestone achieved. Enjoy 3% off on orders with 4 or more links. 3% OFF Silver 50 Orders Elevated status. Save 5% on orders with 4 or more links. 5% OFF Gold 75 Orders Premium tier unlocked. Save 7% on orders with 4 or more links. 7% OFF Platinum 100 Orders Ultimate status achieved. Receive 8% off on orders with 4 or more links. 8% OFF Tracking Your Progress The VIP dashboard shows a horizontal progress bar spanning all five tiers from Starter to Platinum. Each milestone is marked with an icon and the required order count. The bar fills from left to right as your order count grows, giving you a clear visual of where you stand and how many orders remain until your next tier. Your current order count toward your active tier is shown above the progress bar, for example 121/121 orders completed for a Platinum member. The total link orders placed in the last 365 days is also shown prominently at the top of your VIP page. VIP Status Period The VIP dashboard shows a horizontal progress bar spanning all five tiers from Starter to Platinum. Each milestone is marked with an icon and the required order count. The bar fills from left to right as your order count grows, giving you a clear visual of where you stand and how many orders remain until your next tier. Rolling 365-day window: Your VIP status is calculated based on orders placed within the last 365 days only. This ensures your tier reflects both your loyalty and your current activity level. Orders older than 365 days no longer count toward your tier balance. If your active order count falls below a tier’s requirement, your status will adjust accordingly. Staying active protects and advances your VIP benefits. How Your Order History Influences Service Recommendations Beyond the discount tiers, your order track record plays an important role in the way the LinkPanda team works with you. When your account manager proposes services, packages, or placement options, they take into account the history of orders on your account, including the types of links you have built, the domains you have targeted, the DR tiers you have used, and the volume and frequency of your orders. This means that longer-standing clients with a substantial order history will receive more tailored and relevant service recommendations than a brand new account. Your track record informs the team’s understanding of your niche, your link building strategy, and the kinds of placements that have worked well for you, enabling more precise suggestions and a more efficient ordering process over time.
