Setting Up Your Account & Profile
Last Updated: 3 March 2026A complete guide to configuring your LinkPanda account, including profile information, team access, billing details, preferences, and password management. Before placing your first order, it is worth taking a few minutes to complete your account profile. A fully configured account ensures that invoices, order confirmations, and team communications all carry the correct details. You can access your settings at any time by clicking Settings in the left sidebar. How to Access Account Settings To open your Account Settings, click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar navigation. The Settings page is divided into three main sections: Profile Information, Preferences, and Change Password. Each section is described in full below. Profile Information The Profile Information section is where you manage your personal details, team access emails, and billing information. All changes must be saved by clicking the Save Profile button at the bottom of the section. Personal Details These fields identify who the account belongs to and appear on order confirmations and communications from your account manager. First Name Your first name as you would like it to appear on account communications and order records. Last Name Your last name or surname. Email Address Your primary account email address. This is the address used for login and for receiving order updates and communications from the LinkPanda team. Brand / Company (Optional) Your company or brand name. This appears on invoices and billing documents. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, it is recommended to fill this in. Team Email Access The LinkPanda App allows you to add additional email addresses so that colleagues or clients can also access the account. This is useful for agencies or teams where multiple people need visibility over orders and link tracking. Team Email 2 (Optional) A second email address that can be used to log in to the account. Ideal for adding a colleague or account manager who needs access to orders and LinkCards. Team Email 3 (Optional) A third email address for an additional team member or client who needs access to the account. Important: If your account has team emails added, all team members log in using the same password. If you change your password, make sure to inform your colleagues so they can continue to access the account. See the Change Password section below for more detail. Billing Information The billing fields are used to generate accurate invoices for your orders. The billing address is optional overall, but if you choose to fill it in, the fields marked with an asterisk are required. Billing Email (Optional) A separate email address for receiving invoices. If left blank, invoices will be sent to your primary account email address. This is useful if your finance team uses a different email for billing purposes. Street Address * The first line of your billing address, for example your building number and street name. Apartment, Suite, etc. An optional second line for your address, such as a floor number, suite, or unit identifier. City * The city associated with your billing address. State / Province Your state, province, or region. Postal Code * Your postal or ZIP code. Country Code * Select your country from the dropdown. This ensures your invoices are correctly formatted for your region. Once you have filled in your profile and billing details, click the Save Profile button to apply your changes. Preferences The Preferences section lets you customise how the LinkPanda App displays information. These settings are saved to your account and persist across devices and sessions. Default LinkCard View This setting controls how your LinkCards are displayed by default when you open them. There are two view options available: Default (List): Displays your tracked backlinks in a standard table list format, showing Live URL, Anchor Text, and Target URL in rows. This is the recommended view for reviewing and searching through large numbers of links. Widget: Displays your LinkCard content in a widget-style card layout, which gives a more visual overview of your backlinks. Select your preferred view from the dropdown and click Save Preferences to apply it. Default Rows Per Page This setting controls how many backlinks are displayed per page when viewing a LinkCard. You can choose from the following options: 25 rows 50 rows 100 rows (default) 200 rows If you have a large number of tracked backlinks, setting this to 200 rows per page can reduce the amount of pagination needed. If you prefer a more focused view, 25 or 50 rows keeps the list concise. Click Save Preferences after making your selection. Change Password The Change Password section allows you to update your account password at any time. To change your password, fill in the following three fields and click the Change Password button. Current Password Enter your existing password to verify your identity before making a change. New Password Enter the new password you would like to use. Choose a strong password that is unique to this account. Confirm New Password Re-enter your new password to confirm it. Both entries must match before the change can be saved. Note about team access: If your account has Team Email 2 or Team Email 3 added, those colleagues log in using the same password as the primary account holder. Changing your password will affect their ability to log in, so make sure to communicate any password changes to your team promptly. Recommended Setup Checklist Here is a quick checklist to make sure your account is fully configured before you start ordering: Enter your first and last name Confirm your primary email address is correct Add your company or brand name if ordering on behalf of a business Add Team Email 2 and Team Email 3 if colleagues need access Add a Billing Email if invoices should go to a separate address Fill in your billing address if you need formal invoices Set your preferred Default LinkCard View in Preferences Set your preferred Default Rows Per Page in Preferences Click Save Profile and Save Preferences to store your changes Need Help? Navigating Your Dashboard
Last Updated: 3 March 2026A complete guide to the LinkPanda App dashboard, including your LinkCards, backlink tracker, and navigation. After logging in to the LinkPanda App, you land on your Dashboard. This is your central hub for managing backlinks, viewing orders, accessing SEO tools, and monitoring your link building campaigns in real time. Dashboard Overview The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance summary of your account. At the top you will see your Total Links count, which reflects the total number of backlinks currently being tracked across all your campaigns. Below that, your My LinkCards section displays all the domains for which LinkPanda is building and tracking links on your behalf. Every page within the app includes a title and a short description at the top to confirm where you are as you navigate between sections. The Four Main Areas 1. Left Sidebar The sidebar runs down the left side of the screen and is your primary navigation. From here you can reach every section of your account: Dashboard: Your home screen showing total links and all LinkCards. LinkCard: View and manage your full backlink tracker. My Orders: See all past and current orders with status and invoice history. Order Requests: Submit and track new link building order requests. Services: Browse the full range of LinkPanda link building services. SEO Tools: Access built-in SEO tools to support your campaigns. Placement Finder: Use the AI-powered tool to discover new placement opportunities. Inbox: Receive updates and messages from the LinkPanda team. LinkPanda VIP: Access VIP programme benefits and status. Help Center: Find guides, FAQs, and support articles. Settings: Manage your account preferences, team access, and profile. 2. Header The header runs across the top of every page. It displays your account name so you always know which account you are logged into. It also includes a light and dark mode toggle and a logout button to securely exit your session. Further, you can easily access available LinkPanda Services via the Services button. 3. Main Content Area The large central area of the screen is where all page content is displayed. It updates as you navigate between sections. Every page includes a title and a short description at the top. This is where you will view your LinkCards, manage orders, and interact with all platform features. 4. Search Bar A search bar is available within the Dashboard to help you quickly locate a specific LinkCard by domain name. This is especially useful when managing links across a large number of target domains. Understanding LinkCards LinkCards are one of the core features of the LinkPanda App. Each LinkCard represents a target domain and displays all the backlinks being tracked for that domain in one place. They make it easy to monitor the status of your link building activity without having to search through individual orders. Full LinkCard The Full LinkCard is a consolidated view of every tracked backlink across all your domains. It sits at the top of your My LinkCards section and shows your entire link portfolio in one list. If you have 121 total links across all your campaigns, the Full LinkCard displays all 121 together. Sub LinkCards Below the Full LinkCard you will see individual Sub LinkCards for each target domain. Each Sub LinkCard is labelled with the domain name and shows the number of backlinks tracked for that specific domain. For example, you may have a Sub LinkCard for linkpanda.com showing 100 links, and a separate one for leadgenapp.io showing 7 links. Clicking View LinkCard on any card opens the full tracked backlinks list for that domain. Sub LinkCards are particularly useful if you are managing SEO campaigns for multiple websites or clients from a single account, as they keep each domain clearly separated. Tracked Backlinks Inside each LinkCard you will find the Tracked Backlinks table. This is a detailed, real-time list of every backlink associated with that LinkCard. The table displays the following columns for each link: Live URL: The website where your backlink has been placed. Anchor Text: The clickable text used for the link on the referring page. Target URL: The page on your website that the link points to. The table supports search functionality so you can quickly find a specific backlink by domain or URL. It also paginates results, for example showing 1 to 25 of 121 backlinks, so you can browse through large link portfolios without losing track. The Tracked Backlinks section gives you a transparent, real-time record of every link that has been built and is being monitored on your behalf by the LinkPanda team. You do not need to do anything to update this list as the team handles all additions and status updates for you. Light and Dark Mode The LinkPanda App supports both light and dark display modes. You can switch between them at any time using the toggle icon in the top header. The selected mode applies across the entire app. Tips For Using Your Dashboard Effectively Full LinkCard: Use it for a complete overview of all your tracked backlinks across every domain in one view. Sub LinkCards: Use these to filter and review links by target domain, keeping campaigns organised. My Orders: Check this section regularly to monitor the delivery status of active orders. Placement Finder: Use this to discover new link building opportunities relevant to your niche. Order Requests: Submit new backlink orders directly from the app without needing to email your account manager. Inbox: Check here for updates and communications from the LinkPanda team about your campaigns. Need Help? Email: info@linkpanda.com Contact: linkpanda.com/contact
