Display and Preference Settings

How to personalise how the LinkPanda App looks and behaves, including dark mode, default views, rows per page, and the Bookmarks Bar. LinkPanda gives you several display and preference options to tailor the app to how you work. Some settings are accessed from the Settings page in the sidebar, while others are toggled directly from the header or the LinkCard. Available Settings Dark Mode (Header) Toggle between light and dark mode using the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner of the header. Your preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions, so the app always opens in your chosen mode. Default LinkCard View (Settings page) Choose your preferred default view when opening the LinkCard. List View displays your placements as a compact, sortable, and filterable table. Widget View displays each placement as an expanded card with more detail visible at a glance. Your selection here sets the default, but you can still switch between views directly on the LinkCard at any time. Default Rows Per Page (Settings page) Set how many rows are displayed per page across the LinkCard, My Orders, and other paginated views. Available options are 25, 50, 100, and 200 rows per page. Choosing a higher number is useful if you have a large backlink portfolio and want to reduce the number of pages you navigate through. Bookmarks Bar (LinkCard) The Bookmarks Bar appears below the header when enabled on the LinkCard, and shows quick-access shortcuts to your Sub LinkCards filtered by domain. Toggle it on or off using the Bookmarks Bar toggle on the LinkCard. When enabled, the bar persists as you navigate across your LinkCard views, giving you fast one-click access to the domain tabs you use most. Tip: The Settings page Preferences section is the best place to configure defaults before your first session. Set your preferred LinkCard view and rows per page once and the app will remember them going forward. Dark mode and the Bookmarks Bar can be toggled on the fly without visiting Settings. Need Help? Managing Team Emails

How to add additional email addresses to your account so colleagues or clients can log in and access the app. The LinkPanda App supports up to two additional team email addresses per account. These are found in the Profile Information section of Settings as Team Email 2 and Team Email 3. Team email holders can log in to the account and access it just like the primary account holder. How to Add a Team Email 1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.2. In the Profile Information section, locate Team Email 2 and Team Email 3 on the right side of the form.3. Enter the email address you want to add into the relevant field. 4. Click Save Profile. The address is saved immediately with no confirmation email required. The person can then log in using that email address and the account’s shared password. What Team Email Holders Can Access Team email holders share full access to the account. When logged in they can view the LinkCard, browse orders, submit new order requests, access Services and SEO Tools, and view Settings. There is no restricted or read-only mode, all team emails have the same level of access as the primary account holder. Shared password: All team emails use the same password as the primary account. If the password is changed, all team email holders will need the new password to log in. Password changes are managed from the Change Password section in Settings. How to Remove a Team Email Go to Settings, clear the Team Email 2 or Team Email 3 field, and click Save Profile. Once saved, that email address can no longer be used to log in. Account limit: Up to 2 additional team emails (Team Email 2 and Team Email 3), giving a maximum of 3 people access to the same account. Tip: Adding a client’s email as a team email gives them direct visibility into their own orders and LinkCard, which saves time on manual reporting. Need Help? Updating Your Profile & Billing Details

How to update your personal details, team access emails, and billing address in the LinkPanda App. Your profile and billing details are managed from the Settings page. Click Settings in the left sidebar to open it. The Profile Information section is at the top of the page. After making any changes, click Save Profile to apply them. Changes take effect immediately and you do not need to log out and back in. Updating Your Personal Details The left side of the Profile Information section contains your personal and account details. First Name and Last Name Your name as it appears on order confirmations and communications from your account manager. Update these fields if your name has changed or was entered incorrectly when the account was created. Email Address Your primary login email address. This is used for account access and for receiving order updates and communications. If you need to change your primary email address, contact the LinkPanda support team directly as this cannot be updated from within the Settings page. Brand / Company (Optional) Your company or brand name as it should appear on invoices and billing documents. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, keeping this up to date ensures your invoices are correctly attributed. Updating Team Emails The right side of the Profile Information section contains your team access and billing email fields. Team Email 2 and Team Email 3 (Optional) Additional email addresses that can be used to log in to your account. These are useful for giving colleagues or clients access to orders and LinkCards without sharing your primary account credentials. You can add, update, or remove these at any time from Settings. Important: All team emails share the same password as the primary account. If you update or remove a team email, make sure to inform the relevant colleague. If you change your account password, all team email holders will need to use the new password to log in. See the Change Password section in Settings to update your password. Updating Your Billing Details The billing fields are on the right side of the Profile Information section. Keeping your billing information accurate ensures invoices are correctly formatted for your accounting records. Billing Email (Optional) A dedicated email address for receiving invoices. If left blank, invoices are sent to your primary account email. Update this if your finance team uses a separate address for billing purposes. Billing Address Your billing address is optional overall, but if you fill in any part of it, the fields marked with an asterisk are required: Street Address, City, Postal Code, and Country Code. The Apartment / Suite field and State / Province field are optional within the address block. Select your country from the Country Code dropdown to ensure invoices are formatted correctly for your region. Saving Your Changes After updating any field in the Profile Information section, click the orange Save Profile button at the bottom of the section. Your changes are applied immediately. You do not need to log out and back in for them to take effect. Tip: If you manage link building for multiple clients using separate target domains, consider adding a Billing Email for each client’s invoicing contact so the right invoices reach the right people automatically. Important: The account settings page doesn’t have a VAT number field, but you can provide it, and we’ll save it on our side so all invoices will include your VAT number. Need Help?
