Order Policy

This Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all link placement, guest posting, and related services provided by Sentosa Limited, trading as LinkPanda (hereinafter referred to as “LinkPanda”).

By placing an order with LinkPanda. (“Us,” “We”or “Our”), the client (“You”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

These terms are designed to ensure transparency, quality assurance, and compliance with legal and editorial standards.

1. Editorial Approval

● All link placement requests including guest posts and niche link edits are subject to
the approval of the publisher, editorial team, or webmaster.

● We reserve the right to decline any content or link that does not meet the editorial
guidelines of the target website.

2. Content & Niche Restrictions

● We do not accept or promote content from gray, black-hat, or sensitive niches
including but not limited to adult, gambling, gaming, CBD, crypto, etc.

3. Link Placement Policy and Indexing

● All link placements and guest posts are intended to remain permanent unless
otherwise stated by the publisher.

● LinkPanda makes no guarantees regarding the indexing of submitted content in
search engines, as indexing is beyond our direct control.

4. Payment Terms
● Payment must be made within 24 hours of delivery unless otherwise agreed in
writing.

● Failure to settle payment within 72 hours may result in the removal of the content or
links until payment is received.

● All payments must be made in the currency and method agreed upon in the invoice.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

● Payments made for services delivered are non-refundable.

● In the event that a link or post is removed within 6 months of publication, LinkPanda
will offer a replacement link from a given set of at least two similar websites, with a
similar domain rating to the original site.

● The timeline for replacement links will be communicated to the client and generally
completed within 14 business days of the removal replacement request.

● After 6 months from the order date, no refunds or replacements will be provided
under any circumstances.

6. Content Ownership

● Once published, all guest posts and link insertions become the property of the host website.

● Customers may not request removal, replacement, or major edits after publication,
except in special cases approved by our team.

7. Quality Assurance

● All placements are sourced from genuine websites with real traffic and maintained
editorial control.

● Metrics such as Domain Rating (DR), Domain Authority (DA), or organic traffic may
fluctuate over time, and LinkPanda is not liable for future changes in site metrics.

8. Turnaround Time

● The typical turnaround time for placements is 3-7 business days, depending on the
website and publisher’s schedule.

● Delays caused by publishers or third-party editors are outside our control, though we
make every effort to expedite delivery.

9. Communication & Support

● All official communication must be conducted via our verified email channels or client portal.

● We aim to respond to all client queries within 24 business hours (1 business day).

10. Modifications & Updates

● LinkPanda reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

● Any updates will be effective immediately and communicated to clients where
applicable.

11. Legal Compliance

● All services provided by LinkPanda must comply with applicable laws, regulations,
and publisher policies.

● Customers are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any legal or regulatory guidelines.

12. Limitation of Liability

● LinkPanda shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of
traffic, ranking fluctuations, or business opportunities.

● Our liability shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service in
question.

13. Confidentiality & Privacy

● All client information, including URLs, content, and campaign details, will be treated
as confidential. LinkPanda will not share client data with third parties except as
required to fulfill the service.

14. Dispute Resolution
● Any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved through mutual discussion. If
unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration in accordance with
applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

15. Force Majeure
● LinkPanda shall not be held liable for delays or failures in service due to
circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
technical failures, or publisher outages.
