  3. Tech Stack Specifics

    • React Expertise: A placement on RedStagLabs linked “React” to the ReactJS service page, ensuring the core web dev business remained strong during the pivot.

 

Results

The campaign successfully re-engineered the site’s link profile for the AI era.

  • 32.78% Growth in Referring Domains: We grew the footprint from 1,635 to 2,171 domains. Adding over 500 referring domains to a DR 64 site is a massive undertaking that solidifies the brand’s defensive moat.

  • Strategic Traffic Consolidation: While overall traffic saw a consolidation (-34%), this reflects a strategic shift away from low-value, broad informational queries (which often bounce) toward high-value, lower-volume B2B terms like “GenAI Consultancy.” The traffic mix is now far more valuable per visitor.

  • DR Stability: Maintaining and slightly growing DR (64 → 65) while pivoting content focus proves the quality of the inbound links.
