What happens if a brand mention is removed or fails?
Payments are non-refundable, but if a link or text mention is removed within 6 months, a replacement mention will be offered from at least two similar websites with comparable domain authority. Replacements are typically completed within 14 business days. No replacements are offered after 6 months.
