WBI Warm has been a trusted name in the US insulation and heating solutions market since 2000, serving customers nationwide. Despite their long-standing credibility in the industry, they lacked a structured digital marketing approach.

WBI’s primary challenge was generating consistent, high-quality inbound leads through organic search.

Relying solely on traditional marketing, referrals and PPC traffic was no longer sustainable.

WBI needed a profitable, long-term digital strategy to establish a strong online presence and attract a steady flow of potential customers.

Recognizing the power of SEO, WBI Warm partnered with us to develop an organic lead generation engine. Their goals were clear: Increase domain authority, improve search visibility, and ultimately drive high-intent website visitors who would convert into quote enquiries and phone enquiries.

Our task was to build a results-driven SEO and link-building strategy that would not just improve rankings but also translate into meaningful business growth.

When the initiative started, the website had a domain rating (DR) of 0 and fewer than 100 monthly organic visits.

We implemented a thorough SEO plan to improve WBI Warm's online visibility, with an emphasis on link building, technical optimization, and site migration.

Strategic Link Building: Elevating Domain Authority

WBI Warm started with a domain rating (DR) of 0, making building a strong backlink profile imperative. Our link-building strategy involved:

  • Building 5 high-quality links per month, ensuring relevancy and accuracy in anchor selection, in line with LinkPanda quality guidelines outlined in our Manifesto.
  • Selecting authoritative domains that aligned with WBI Warm’s niche.
  • Using WBI’s other brand websites to maximize incoming links from their other domains towards WBIwarm.com
  • Removing irrelevant outbound links to retain valuable link juice.
  • Achieving a DR boost from 0 to 36 in under four months, reinforcing the brand’s credibility in search rankings.

Website Migration & Consolidation: Unifying Digital Presence

One of the biggest hurdles WBI Warm faced was a fragmented website architecture, spread across three different domains. To enhance SEO performance, we executed a full-scale domain migration strategy to condense content into one domain, which included:

  • Conducting an in-depth analysis of 71 URLs to determine necessary migrations.
  • Implementing 301 redirects to ensure seamless transition and preserve link equity.
  • Taking down outdated URLs and relaunching content under one core domain (wbiwarm.com).
  • Enhancing header and footer menus for better user navigation.

The web page migration project strategically combined three WBI-owned domains into one central corporate web presence, on WBIWarm.com. We analysed all URLs of the three domains, especially those on WBI’s two other domains. Based on factors such as clicks, content depth and relevance, 71 URLs were identified to migrated over to WBIwarm.com, providing an quick boost to search performance. The two other domains remain live but have the primary purpose of lead generation via PPC ads.

Technical SEO Optimization

To complement link-building and migration efforts, we focused on optimizing the site’s technical health by:

  • Boosting the site’s technical health score to 99%, ensuring optimal performance.
